Seller
Direct website products are supplied by Mercy C. Rhuppiah trading as MCR Life Made Simple Guides. The full business contact and returns details must be added before public selling is activated.
Products, prices and postage
The checkout identifies whether an item is a digital PDF or a physical book, together with its edition, quantity and price. Digital products have £0 postage and do not require a delivery address. Postage and packaging applies only to physical products and is shown before payment. No VAT is added unless the business later confirms VAT registration and updates the checkout.
Secure payment
Card payments use a hosted secure provider. Supported wallets may appear depending on the customer’s device, browser and account. Bank-transfer instructions are shown only after that method is deliberately selected. Products are fulfilled only after payment is confirmed.
Digital delivery and cancellation
Before immediate PDF delivery, the customer must expressly request supply during the cancellation period and acknowledge that the cancellation right is lost once downloading begins. This does not affect statutory remedies if digital content is faulty, not as described or does not otherwise conform to the contract.
Protected PDF links are for the purchaser’s personal use and must not be shared or resold. Download limits and expiry information are shown with the order.
Physical delivery, cancellation and returns
For eligible UK distance orders, customers may cancel within 14 days after receiving the physical book and must return it within a further 14 days after telling MCR. Customers may handle the book only as much as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning; a refund may be reduced where value is diminished by handling beyond that. The standard outbound delivery charge is refunded where required by law, but any extra paid for an enhanced delivery service over the standard option need not be refunded. Customers normally pay change-of-mind return postage where this was explained before purchase.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods have separate statutory remedies. Delivery options, estimates, customs information and the return process are explained on the Delivery, Postage & Returns page. Carrier delivery aims are not guarantees; unless another period is agreed, physical goods will be delivered within the period required by law.
International orders
International delivery is unavailable until a genuine destination rate is entered and shown at checkout. Where international delivery is later activated, destination-country authorities or the carrier may charge import VAT, customs duty or handling fees separately. These are not MCR charges and are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
