Information collected
Order and pre-order forms collect only the details needed to provide the requested service, such as name, email address, product choice and—only for physical orders—a delivery address. Contact enquiries, private feedback and review submissions collect the information entered into their forms so MCR can respond, support customers and moderate public reviews.
Reviews and private submissions
Approved reviews may display the customer name, edition, rating, review title and review text. Review email addresses are kept private and are not published. Private feedback and contact enquiries remain available only in the authenticated owner area unless disclosure is required by law.
Payments and banking
Full card details are entered on the payment provider’s protected checkout and are not stored by this website. Bank details are not displayed on general website pages; they appear only after bank transfer is deliberately selected or inside a legitimate invoice or order confirmation.
Files and downloads
Complete PDF products remain in protected storage. Public product pages expose only the cover and approved sample. Paid downloads use time-limited links released only after verified payment.
Records, security and support
Order, invoice, payment-status, delivery and customer-support records are kept only as needed to fulfil purchases, provide support, maintain security, meet accounting or legal duties and resolve disputes. Basic anti-spam and rate-limit records are also used to protect the forms. Personal information is not sold.
